      • These requirements apply to all of our products:
        - At least 1500px*1500px for both length and height
        - For Colour T-shirt, please ensure to use a transparent background, or it will printed in white
        - Clean art without jagged lines
        - Accepted Format: .jpeg/.jpg
        - Accepted Format: .png (png files only use an RGB colour profile, some colour shifting may occur when the files are converted to CMYK for printing)
      • If you are using an image with at least 1500px on the Width and Height, the print file will be in high resolution and good for printing.

        If you are using an image less than 1500px on the Width and Height, the printout in the T-shirt will be in low resolution and blur. Please use another image that fulfils the minimal resolution.

        Our service requires that you provide correctly sized and formatted artwork.

        We DO NOT resize artwork/design to match mockups as part of our service.

        We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixilated due to low-resolution artwork provided by the customer, especially if it is approved by the customer already. We also not responsible for any colour shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK colour modes.
